FUNDAMENTALS

Tuesday 5.00-6.00pm - Fundamentals

Begins Tuesday 6 February 2024.

$200 for 8 weeks – register and pay through Team App store (click on link).

This clinic is targeted at younger hockey players and those new to the game. Core skills will include grip/stance, push passing, trapping/receiving, dribbling and tackling. It's important to get the fundamentals right before moving on to more advanced skill development.

PROGRESSION

This clinic is targeted at players who have already participated in our skills clinics or who have been playing hockey for a few years. More advanced skills will be introduced including leading and positioning, reverse stick, V drag, 3D skills, deception and jab/poke tackles.
